Insurance and benefits

We work with most insurance companies, and you can use your workplace or student plan here. Many workplace and student plans include acupuncture under paramedical benefits.

Every visit comes with a receipt showing the registration number your insurer requires, so you can submit your claim straight away.

  • Look for “acupuncture” or “Registered Acupuncturist” in your plan booklet.
  • Student plans often include acupuncture — worth checking before you assume otherwise.
  • OHIP does not cover acupuncture or traditional Chinese medicine.
  • Bring your plan details to your first visit, or ask when you book.

Booking and cancellation

Appointments are booked online through Jane. If you need to change or cancel, please do it as far ahead as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.
